In Lumberton NC using pine needles from her yard.
In Making this Pine Needle the medallion was created by my husband,
it has a beautiful butterfly in the center

This basket was created from a Beach Buckle, it was an exchange Basket that went to California.Each Pine Needle Artist
was sent a Beach Buckle and had to create a basket around it.
This basket was a challenge but loads of fun to make.

This Basket was coiled using raffia and pine needles.
The design was done by me and I used white blue, gold and black raffia
I really enjoy doing pictures in my baskets, it is time consuming
but worth it.

This Basket was made out of Pine Needles and artificial sinew.
We had to make a basket representing a book , in which the exchange hostess sent to us.
My Book was" Gone with the wind,"
I created a Southern Bell with a music box.
When we do exchanges from the Pine Needle Group, this gives
us a chance to be very creative.
An Idea is thought up by a hostess or host and the Pine Needle Artist creates a basket
from their idea.
It is fun and you can get those creative juices going.
